The Equipment Reports in PASS Harmonics give you clear visibility into the equipment at your facilities, helping you stay compliant, reduce risk, and make informed maintenance decisions.
By using these reports, you can:
See all your equipment in one place
Easily view tanks, dispensers, and related equipment across all facilities without relying on spreadsheets or manual tracking.
Support compliance and inspections
Access detailed equipment information—such as installation dates, materials, and configurations—to meet regulatory requirements and respond confidently to audits or inspections.
Identify and address equipment issues sooner
Equipment Action Items reporting helps you spot trends, recurring problems, and open issues so you can take action before they impact compliance or operations.
Track equipment inventory and lifecycle
Understand what equipment is active, where it’s located, and when it may need maintenance, repair, or replacement.
Prioritize maintenance and repairs
Use report data to focus resources on the equipment and locations that need attention most.

Facility Metadata: This report shows all the Facility Metadata across all the facilities, including sites with metadata defined and those without. Metadata can be used to declare mechanisms of compliance at your facility.

To see the report, you must click the drop-down menu button and select the type of Metadata you want to examine.


Once you select the Metadata Field, it will show you the "Option/Value", The Option/Value drop-down menu will change based on the type of Metadata you selected.

Equipment Inventory: Here, you can get an inventory of all active equipment in your company's facilities.

Once you click the Run Report button, you will be able to sort the equipment by Type and Region.

Equipment Action Items: From this report, you can analyze the trending information for Equipment with Action Items.

The graph shows a breakdown of the Total Open Action Items, Total Open Occurrences, Total Action Items, and Total Occurrences for each Facility and the Equipment.

UST Detail Report: This report provides a detailed list of all USTs across all your facilities in PASS Harmonics.

The report includes the following fields: Facility ID, Facility Name, Facility Number, Address, City, State, Zip, Equipment ID, Retired?, Tank Number, Tank Product, Tank Capacity, Tank Registration Number, Tank Installation Date, Tank Construction Material, Tank Diameter, Tank Manufacturer, Tank Model, Tank UL Number, Piping Installation Date, Piping Construction Material, Fuel Pump Type, STP Make/Model, Sump Construction Material, Sump Construction Type, Spill Bucket Manufacturer, Spill Bucket Size, and Spill Bucket Construction Type.

Dispenser Detail Report: This report provides a detailed list of all fuel dispensers across all facilities.

This report will include Facility Information, the Dispenser Number, Manufacturer, Model Number, Serial Number, when the Dispenser was installed, the number of Fueling points, and the type of product dispensed.
