Dispenser Detail Report

The Dispenser Detail Report provides a detailed list of all fuel dispensers across your facilities. It shows key information for each dispenser, including the facility it belongs to, dispenser number, manufacturer, model, number of fueling points, and the products dispensed.

Use this report to:

• View and verify dispenser inventory across locations
• Confirm dispenser configurations and fuel types
• Support compliance reviews, inspections, and recordkeeping
• Export dispenser data for internal reporting or audits

The article provides a step-by-step guide on generating a "Dispenser Detail Report" using the PASS Harmonics platform.

Step 1.

Log in to your account at https://tools.passtesting.com

Step 2.

Click the Reports Button in the Top Navigation Bar at the top of your screen.

Step 3.

Scroll down until you see the “Equipment” Section. You will find the box labeled “Dispenser Detail Report.” Click the BLUE “Run Report” button.

Step 4.

The report will appear on the next screen. From here, you can filter out or search for different items and download a copy to a CSV file.
