Resetting Your Password
In the technology age, we have to remember so many passwords that we tend to forget a few if we don’t write them down or save them. This article will show you how to change/reset your password.
Step 1.
If you have not logged into your account because you forgot the password, this section shows you how to reset it using the “Reset Password” link at the home login screen. Start at https://tools.passtesting.com/login, enter your email address in the box, and click the Reset Password link under the “Sign in with Google” box.
Step 2.
Confirm the email address and click the “Send Reset Instructions” button.
Step 3.
Open your email, and look for the email with “Reset the password for your PASS Tools account” in the subject line, click the GREEN “Reset Your Password” button.
Step 4.
On this page, you will type in a new password and confirm it by typing it in again. Then click the GREEN “Change my Password” button. It will then log you in to your account.
Administrator Manual Password Reset
An administrator can also reset a user's password. Have your PASS Harmonics account admin follow these steps to reset their password.
Step 1.
Log in to your account at https://tools.passtesting.com/login.
Step 2.
Click on Users Between the Blue and Black Navigation Bar
Step 3.
Select the user whose password you need to reset.
Step 4.
Click the BLUE “Edit Details” button under the user’s profile.
Step 5.
Click the LIGHT BLUE “Change Password” button.Click the LIGHT BLUE “Change Password” button.
Step 6.
Enter a new password, confirm it by retyping it, and click the BLUE “Save” button. Give this password to the user and remind them that passwords are case-sensitive.
