Adding Service Plans to Facility with Multiple Equipment Systems

PASS provides an array of inspections that can be conducted at a fueling facility. When adding a service plan to a facility, you must take a few steps to ensure the facility's equipment systems are created correctly. The systems you could see at your facility are the UST, AST, and Generator, etc. Not every facility will have all three; some might have one system, so this is site-specific.


Step 1.

Using your username and password, log in to https://tools.passtesting.com/login.

Step 2.

Go to the facility that needs a new AST Service Plan added and click the BLUE “Edit Details” button.

Step 3.

Click on the “Features” search box. Add all features that are located at that facility. Since we need to add an AST Service Plan, we are adding AST to the facility features.

Step 4.

When you're done adding features, click on the BLUE "Update Facility" button.

Step 5.

Click on the "Equipment" in the black navigation bar.

Step 6.

Click on the GREEN “+” button.

Step 7.

Fill out the required info and select the GREEN “Create Equipment” button.

Step 8.

Click on “More” in the black navigation bar.

Step 9.

Click on “Service Plans” in the drop-down menu.

Step 10.

Click the GREEN “+ Add Plan” button.

Step 11.

Fill out the form, choose the Service Plan and the Responsible Inspector, and choose the equipment system this inspection belongs to, AST System or UST System. Then click on the BLUE “Save” button.

You have successfully added another equipment system to a facility and assigned an equipment system-specific service plan. You are now ready to start your inspection!
