How to Add New System in PASS Harmonics

This article provides a step-by-step guide for adding a new equipment system in PASS Harmonics. It includes detailed instructions on navigating the interface, entering system information, and configuring equipment.




Step 1.

Select "Equipment" from the black navigation bar at the Facility level.

Step 2.

Select the button with the three dots.

Step 3.

Select the "+ Add an Equipment System" button.

Step 4.

Enter the new system name in the "Name" field and click the "Save" button.

Step 5.

To add new equipment, click the GREEN "+" button.

Step 6.

Fill out the required information and click the GREEN "Create Equipment" button.

Step 7.

Ensure all the information is correct, then click the BLUE "Update Equipment" button.

Step 8.

After configuring the equipment, you can add a new service plan. Ensure all equipment is correct before launching the new inspection on the new system, as changes made after launching may not reveal specific questions related to the added components.
