Reset A Student's Password - Facility Admin

If you have an employee who cannot log in, these steps will show you how to reset their password.


Step 1.

Using your name and password, log in to https://training.passtesting.com/login


Step 2.

Click the “Users” button.

Step 3.

Search and select the user who needs their password reset.

Step 4.

Click the BLUE “Edit Details” button.

Step 5.

Type a new password in the “Password” box, and retype it in the “Password Confirmation” box, then click the "Update User" button.


Once you have reset the user's password, please give it to them and let them know that passwords are case-sensitive. If you capitalized a letter, that is how it should be typed when they go to log in.
