Reset Your Password if You Can't Log In
This article provides a step-by-step guide to resetting your password for your PASS Opus Account.
Step 1.
Go to https://training.passtesting.com/login
Step 2.
Click the “Forgot Your Password?” button. Contact your administrator or PASS Support if you do not know your username.
Step 3.
Enter your Username and click the blue “Send Reset Instructions”
- An email will be sent to the email address associated with the username you entered.
- If you cannot access the email associated with your username, you can contact your Company or Facility Administrator to reset it for you or contact PASS Support.
Step 4.
Open your email and open the email titled “Reset the password for your PASS Training Account.” If you do not see the email in your inbox, check the Junk/Spam folder.
Step 5.
Enter your new password in both boxes and click the BLUE “Change Password & Login” button.
