Reports You Can View or Print-Facility Admin

As an Admin, you can create a few reports to view or print to help you manage your facility and your students' training.


Step 1: Using your username and password, log in to  https://training.passtesting.com/login


Step 2: Click the "Reports" tab on the blue navigation bar.

Step 3: There are two categories of reports here: Training Reports and Facility Reports.

Training Reports


Incomplete Trainings - Here you can view or print a report of trainings that your students have started but not completed. This can be filtered by facility and also by date.  After you have made your selection from the drop-downs, click the blue "Run Report" button.


Expired/Expiring Trainings - View a list of all expired trainings, or those that will expire in the next 30, 60, and 90 days. After you have made your selection from the drop-downs, click the blue "Run Report" button. 


Trainings by State - Here you can view all the trainings your company has completed in one state. It'd be useful for companies that train nationwide.


Completed Trainings & Certificates—Here, you can assign a time frame and view/print all the trainings completed within that time frame. You can also filter by state. NOTE: You can also view or print certificates by clicking on the "Students" tab, selecting the student you would like to view, clicking on the completed training, and then clicking the green "View/Print Certificate" button under the training details.


Archived Trainings - View a list of all archived trainings. Archiving removes the training from your day-to-day dashboards but allows you to reference it later for historical/record-keeping purposes. It also prevents any further notifications from being sent about it, namely, expiration notices.


Trainings requiring signoff - A list of all trainings that need a manager's sign-off before being completed



Facility Reports

Facilities w/ Missing A/B Operators - View a list of all facilities that do not have a UST Class A/B Operator associated with them.



⚠️*After you click on the blue "View Report" button, there is a blue "Download CSV" button and a search bar on the next page above the reports. Clicking on this will create a CSV document of the report you view to save or print.
