Assign Training to an Employee - Facility Admin
The article provides a step-by-step guide for Facility Administrators on assigning training to employees in the PASS Opus system. It includes instructions on logging in, navigating to the "Students" tab, searching for the employee, and assigning training. Additionally, it covers purchasing training credits if needed and provides contact information for PASS Testing Support for further assistance.
Step 1.
Using your name and password, log in to https://training.passtesting.com/login.
Step 2.
Select the “Students” tab in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen.
Step 3.
Search the Employee’s name, then select the employee. You can scroll through the list of names if you have a short list. You can also search for the name if the list is long.
Step 4.
Click the GREEN “+ Assign Training” button if you have already purchased the training credits for this employee and the training is not visible in their “In Progress” or “Completed” training sections.
If you have not yet purchased the training for this employee, click the “Marketplace” tab on the blue menu at the top of the screen. You will then select the training from the Marketplace. In the purchase options box, search and select the student’s name, and click the “Add to Cart” button. This will assign the training to that student after the purchase is completed. Step 5.
Under Step 1, make sure the correct facility is selected. Under Step 2, select the course you need to assign to the employee.
Step 6.
A pop-up will appear once you select the training you want to assign. Click “Ok,” and the training will be added.
Your employee can now log in with their username and password to start their training course. If you selected the wrong training, you will need to contact PASS Support to have it removed. You will see a RED “Remove Training” button, but only a member of PASS Support can remove it.
