Reset A Student's Password-Company Admin

If an employee cannot log in, follow these steps to reset their password.


Step 1: Using your username and password, log in to  https://training.passtesting.com/login


Step 2: Click the "Users" tab on the blue navigation bar.


Step 3: Find and select the user who needs their password reset.

Step 4: Click on the blue "Edit Details" button.


Step 5: Once the user is selected, you can reset the password on this page. Make sure you fill out BOTH password fields.
