Notifications
In-App Notifications
Notifications are a great way for you and your colleagues to keep track of everything going on in your account. By default users receive notifications in-app as well as via email. In-app notifications can be found under the bell icon in the top navbar:
You can also customize which notifications you receive via email by clicking on your name, and selecting 'Notification Preferences'.
Email Notifications
The type of account you have will dictate what type of email notifications you have available to you. The table below outlines the types of notifications each account type is able to receive:

Notification Scoping
In addition to your account notifications are also scoped based on the facilities you have access to.
| User Type | Scope |
|---|---|
| Director Admins | All facilities that your account has active service plans assigned to |
| Director Inspectors | All facilities for which you are the responsible inspector of a service plan as well as any facility you've performed an inspection |
| Company Admins | By default all facilities in your account, but can be customized to specific facilities/facility groups |
| Facility Admins | All assigned facilities/facility groups |
| Company Inspectors | All facilities for which you are the responsible inspector of a service plan as well as any facility you've performed an inspection |
