Delegating Facility Service Plans

In scenarios where a paid for Companies account would like to sub out the completion of their monthly inspection duties they have the ability to either paid or standard for Service Providers accounts. This is done via a process we call Delegation.

The Process

• Navigate to the facility service plan
• From the dropdown select the user from the organization you'd like to delegate the plan to
  • Enter a custom message to the person if desired
  • Both Standard and Paid for Service Providers accounts are eligible to be delegated to
• An email notification will be sent to the selected party notifying them of the delegation
• The delegate can now edit the service plan and associated inspections/services with that plan is if it were their own
• If/when it is decided that the plan should no longer be managed to the delegated service provider, any Company Admin can revoke access
