Service Scheduler/Dispatch

A big part of compliance management is scheduling/ dispatching services for the facilities a company manages. It gives a better view of the current and upcoming inspections.

1. You must be logged in to PASS Tools at tools.passtesting.com/login

2. To begin in the blue navigation bar click "Calendar"

3. This will open up the dispatching calendar. In the calendar you will see any scheduled, tentative, completed, overdue, archived inspections. 

4. If an Inspection needs to be rescheduled you can simply drag and drop the inspection to a different date.

5. Also you can click on "Resource View" to see the inspection broke by time for a certain day.
