When I set up new students, the password is not saving to their account. I have tested the passwords myself and cannot get logged in. I have now edited their accounts 3 times to save their password and each time I open the student's information, the password field is blank. I have never had this issue before.
Hi Robyn – we aren’t aware of any issues w/ password changing but would like to look into this. Is this something that you are still experiencing?
