2. Click the Forgot your Password? button. If you do not know your username you will have to contact your administrator or PASS Support.
3. Enter your username and click Send Reset Instructions.
- An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the username you entered.
- If you do not have access to the e-mail that is associated with your username then you can contact your Company or Facility Administrator to reset it for you or contact PASS Support.
4. From your e-mail choose Click Here to Reset Your Password.
5. Enter your new password in both boxes and click Save Password & Login.
- This will log you into your account.
